Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to the international connectivity subscription service and related user panel provided by VPNCome. Before using the service, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy and the details of your selected plan. Before placing an order, confirm the billing method, data allowance and usage rules. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through a support ticket in the user panel.
Service Scope
VPNCome provides international route subscriptions, subscription management and access to client downloads for international access and network acceleration. The service covers 110+ countries / 250+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client download links are shown in the user panel.
The service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses or paid entitlements for third-party websites. Users must continue to follow the rules of any destination service they access. Route coverage does not guarantee that any particular website, regional content or AI tool will always be available.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription link secure, and do not share them on public pages, in chat groups or in code repositories. If you suspect your credentials have been exposed or your account is being used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and check your subscription status in the user panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, provided they are managed by the account holder. This does not permit reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, sharing accounts with others or publicly distributing subscription links. You may not package the service as a paid connectivity service for others.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. See the plans page for prices and allowances. Order and payment status are recorded in the user panel. Check the plan type before payment to avoid confusing a monthly subscription with a data package.
Compliance Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes. You may not use the routes to carry out network attacks, distribute malware, commit fraud, violate another person's privacy or intellectual property, or access another person's systems without authorization.
Do not disrupt service operations, misuse connection resources, probe other users' data or help others engage in such conduct. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts. If we investigate a lawful complaint or unusual activity, you may be asked to provide necessary information relevant to the issue; do not submit your password or complete subscription credentials.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, exit region, device configuration and the rules of the destination service. Maintenance, network failures or changes to third-party policies may temporarily make some routes unavailable. If you encounter a problem, first check your subscription status and client settings, then try another route.
Bank-grade encryption helps protect data in transit, but it does not replace device security, account access controls or the security measures of third-party services. Keep your devices up to date and handle sensitive information with care.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNCome is not responsible for connection issues caused by device failures, changes to third-party services or other factors beyond the service's control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law or affect rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
Account Restrictions and Termination
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service or other serious violations of these terms, VPNCome may restrict relevant connections, suspend a subscription or terminate an account depending on the severity and impact. Where there is an ongoing risk to the service or other users, necessary restrictions may be applied first.
If you believe a restriction was applied in error, submit your account information, a description of the issue and relevant records through a support ticket in the user panel. Do not include your password. Disputes will be reviewed using order details, unusual activity and the user's explanation. Nothing in these terms removes obligations imposed by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
If these terms change due to service updates or legal requirements, this page will be updated and the month shown at the top will be revised. Changes that affect important user rights will be explained in an announcement in the user panel. Updates to this page alone will not retroactively reduce benefits on orders already paid for, unless required by law.
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for application details and processing rules.
