Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy covers the processing of personal data on the VPNCome marketing site, user panel, and subscription services. Account, billing, and technical operations data are used for their respective purposes and are not repurposed beyond what is needed to provide network acceleration services.

Account and Order Data

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Providing an email address is not a condition of registration, and no mandatory email profile is created. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, and login credentials for authentication, account management, and subscription delivery. Avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, amount due, order status, payment result, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to verify payments, activate services, process refunds, and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage, subscription status, and reset records are used for billing and to display remaining entitlements. When you submit a support ticket, the system processes your description and any attachments you choose to provide; please first redact personal information unrelated to the issue.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

VPNCome does not record which websites users visit, or store browsing history, browsing content, or DNS query records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. We do not create activity logs linking accounts, destination websites, and visit times.

Connection logs are not retained persistently. Temporary session state needed to establish a connection is used only while the service is running and is released when the session ends; it is not kept as connection history. Cumulative account traffic and service status are billing data and do not include browsing destinations. Troubleshooting is limited to necessary service error information and does not collect communication content. The no-logs policy does not mean that account data, order records, or tickets submitted by users are not retained.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature clicks, so we can assess whether content is clear and site entry points work as intended. Analytics data is not used to build a history of users' network activity. Necessary technical information generated by website requests supports page delivery, anomaly detection, and maintenance; it is not used to reconstruct browsing content on subscription routes.

Cookies and local storage support login sessions, language preferences, and necessary interface state. Panel login credentials may be stored in your browser's local storage so that subsequent requests can verify your identity. Clearing site data may sign you out or reset your preferences; browsers can restrict cookies and storage, but some panel features may be affected. Logging out does not delete your server-side account.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, whose own policies govern data handling on their pages and transaction networks. VPNCome receives the payment status and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders, and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

When fulfilling orders, processing refunds, or resolving payment disputes, only information necessary for the matter is provided. Where disclosure is legally required, data is handled according to applicable requirements and limited to what is necessary. Transaction records held by payment services are not directly erased when you delete your VPNCome account.

Retention, Protection, and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Tickets and technical information are deleted or de-identified once their respective purposes have ended. This policy does not set an unverified, universal retention period or promise that account deletion replaces necessary billing record retention.

Data access is restricted by role, and connection security uses bank-level encryption. Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing; we will explain why any necessary records cannot be deleted. Deletion may prevent further subscription management or account recovery, so please first check for pending orders and refund matters.

Policy Updates and Questions

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be communicated on the website or in the panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as required. For questions about this policy, third-party payment boundaries, or the outcome of a deletion request, you can continue the discussion through a support ticket after logging in. See the Terms of Service for service usage rules.
