About VPNCome’s Service

International route subscriptions, connection troubleshooting, and privacy practices.

Cross-border access subscription

VPNCome offers network acceleration subscriptions for people who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. Connect your devices to international routes across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices online at the same time. Get your subscription from the dashboard, import it into a client, and choose an exit region based on the service you want to use.

Monthly subscriptions start at ¥9.9/month and suit regular use. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire, making them a good fit for variable usage. See the plans page for prices and data terms before choosing.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Start by checking the region required by your destination service, then compare the connection performance of IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes, and direct connections. Geographic distance is only a guide; test your connection on your current network. Access to streaming services and AI tools also depends on each platform’s policies, so route labels alone don’t guarantee availability.

If you have connection issues, first check your plan status and remaining data. Then update your subscription, switch routes, and try again. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the dashboard with your client, selected region, and error message so the issue can be traced. VPNCome offers a 7-day refund policy; see the refund policy for how to apply.

Privacy and Data Minimization

VPNCome follows a no-logs policy, does not record browsing activity, and uses bank-grade encryption for connections. Account creation follows data minimization principles: no email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Subscription links are access credentials, so keep them secure and never share the full link when troubleshooting. See the Privacy Policy for details on how account information is handled and used.
